The Sun Stack Chiminea is one of the most popular outdoor fireplace designs from The Blue Rooster. Made of heavy cast aluminum, it is built to last. Featuring a spark insert for the chimney and a stainless-steel hinged mouth screen for extra safety, the mouth screen can easily swing open for adding wood or toasting marshmallows. The Sun Stack Chiminea offers a large opening for an incredible fire experience, allowing for cooking on the provided grate. Handles on both sides enable maximum portability, while the sunburst design complements any style or patio arrangement. Included components are a stainless-steel screen and a wood tool to open the safety door and stir the wood. The spark screen neck insert stops large refuse or embers, and the 2-piece cast iron grates support the fire without the need for additional media.

Maintaining a chiminea is straightforward, requiring occasional ash clean-out to keep it burning clean, easy to light, and with low smoke. The charcoal color is the most popular, as soot and ash buildup can darken colored chimineas over time. High-temperature spray paint can be applied for a quick refresh.

When using a chiminea, it's recommended to place it on a deck protector hearth pad or a permanent pad made of cement blocks or pavers to protect the surface from any embers or stray ash.
